Join us for a one-day pole vault camp (9AM-4PM)! MAC Vault coaches will be leading the athletes through drills, running technique, and tons of runway time. This is open to athletes of all abilities ages 10+.

This one-day camp will provide ample time on the runway and include drills that you don't have time to do during practice! This camp is open to vaulters and athletes of all ability levels. Camps are recommended for ages 10 and up. We split up camp into groups based on abilities.
Coach Tom Williams, the former OU and Nebraska pole vault coach, will be joined by our MAC Vault coaches to help teach pole vault to athletes with no experience, little experience, or to athletes with years of experience! This is a great opportunity to learn something new!
