One-Day Pole Vault Camp
Join us for a one-day pole vault camp (9AM-4PM)! MAC Vault coaches will be leading the vaulters through speed training, vault drills, short runs, and long runs. Athletes can be brand new to the sport or well seasoned in the vault. This camp is for athletes of all skill levels.

About the event
This one-day camp is dedicated to taking the vault to the next level. Coach Tom Williams, former OU and Nebraska pole vault coach, will be joined by several other MAC Vault coaches to help teach the pole vault to athletes gearing up for their upcoming district track meet. Lunch will be provided by Subway for those who purchase tickets with a lunch. *Refunds are not available for this event.* Please make sure you're able to attend prior to purchasing.
